Our Church
WestPoint City Church is a charismatic Christian church led by Pastors David & Matilda Welch that meets every Sunday morning at 10am at our NEW premises at Unit 1, 25 Finance Place, Malaga, Western Australia.
The church was launched in Ballajura in January 2003 and in April 2006 it planted its first Church called WestPoint Coastal Church pastored by Phillip and Sylvia Hayes in the far northern suburb of Butler. In January 2009 a new church in Mandurah called WestPoint Mandurah Church was also planted, which is being pastored by David and Linda Thomasz. Great things are happening in such short time.
WestPoint City Church’s Vision Statement is:
“To inspire, train, and educate every member of WestPoint City Church to be a person of character, committed to the values of God, a people who display integrity and walk honorably in every aspect of life. A people committed to a lifetime of selfless service to the kingdom of God and His people.”
The slogan of the church is “Love God – love people – love yourself”, to be a deeply committed, loving, caring family where the lonely and broken can find refuge, new hope and a sense of belonging.
WestPoint City Church is a vibrant Pentecostal church that is affiliated with the Australian Christian Churches Australia. Celebration services are contemporary and relevant, where people from all over the city come to worship God.
This church has an exciting vision to reach the city, the state and beyond, while still providing an environment for the spiritual growth of every individual.
